These last couple of years have been difficult, particularly on student support staff, addressing the myriad of questions and issues in an ever-changing environment. Administrative support also work endlessly to keep everything together and moving forward. After two years, administrative and student support staff are feeling burnt out and heart weary. They need attention and appreciation to support their physical and mental health.
Engineering Deans Canada continues its Wednesday Zoom meetings, on a monthly basis – These sessions are used to advance the organization’s agenda and to learn from each other, sharing information about resources and practices as we continue to adapt during this challenging time.
