We consider this a \u201cliving\u201d document that we will continue to change and adjust over time. One example of this is the continuing and on-going acknowledgement of the disproportionate effect climate change has and will have on certain vulnerable populations in Canada. A second example is the need to engage in a meaningful way with the challenges faced by our Indigenous communities, including the development of protocols for consultations which lead to clarity
