Our final newsletter of the semester at the end of April will have more announcements on our resources and some of our plans for the summer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>Event Recording: Oral Exams<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thank you to all who joined us and our facilitators, Kirstina Edstr\u00f6m and Jakob Kuttenkeuler of KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, at our event on March 22 on oral exams. We discussed <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">common hesitations<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on oral exams, and how they can be <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">implemented effectively to overcome the perceived barriers<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The session <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">audio recording and slides are available<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1Jh7ms7XH-xFNl68Ij9q8PmqvOCyPEISE?usp=sharing\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">this google drive folder<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for our E-CORE\/CIEL network to view.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>Resource Updates<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our CIEL francophone working group has produced another incredible resource guide on <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ceea.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/ECQG_Adapting_exam_questions.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adapting Exam Questions for Remote Education to Reduce Cheating<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. This guide is already available in both <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ceea.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/ECQG_Adapting_exam_questions.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">English <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ceea.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/GREC_Examens_adaptes.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">French<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
