data\/statistic compiled by Engineers Canada<\/li>\n<li>collecting and sharing other pertinent data or information of relevance<\/li>\n<li>providing information to other committees to support advocacy to funding agencies, government and industry<\/li>\n<li>collecting success stories to serve advocacy efforts<\/li>\n<li>evaluating methodologies and metrics for international rankings<\/li>\n<li>provides a forum for ongoing dialogue between the Canadian engineering research community and the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council on matters of broad i<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">nterest<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_font=&#8221;||||||||&#8221; text_font_size=&#8221;16px&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Deans Liaison Committee<\/strong>\u00a0is responsible for moderating the relationship between Engineering Deans Canada and the Canadian Engineering Accrediation Board regarding accrediation of undergraduate engineering programs in Canada.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text and the sharing of best practices between institutions<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">identifying trends and developments in engineering education affecting members and making recommendations with respect to these developments<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">consulting with stakeholders to identify needs on the preparation of engineering graduates for entry into industry<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n<li and Inclusion affecting members and making recommendations with respect to these developments<\/li>\n<li>consulting with members on issues to be addressed by the committee<\/li>\n<li>coordinating with potential partner organizations on topics related to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion<\/li>\n<li>liaising with partner organizations on topics related to student diversity<\/li>\n<li>coordinating its
